Introduction

The "Morse DAO Governance Framework Beta" represents our initiative to refine and establish an effective community governance process within the Morse ecosystem. This initial testing phase is designed to allow Morse DAO members to directly upload proposals and utilize MORSE tokens, providing valuable experience and insights to improve the governance framework before full implementation.

Beta Period Purpose

The primary purpose of this Beta period is to:

1. Test the end-to-end proposal submission and execution process
2. Gather feedback from community members on the governance framework
3. Identify potential improvements to the governance framework
4. Establish best practices for proposal creation and evaluation
5. Gradual transition to a more community-driven governance model
6. Ensure the responsible and effective utilization of MORSE tokens

• Regular progress updates will be provided to the community
• Transition to the next phase will be announced through official channels

Governance Process

1. Community members submit proposals via the Morse Forum Discord channel
2. Proposals that receive 300+ default Morse Pepe reactions qualify for committee review
3. The committee evaluates qualified proposals for feasibility and alignment with guidelines
