Q: Why haven't my rewards been updated yet?

A: Rewards are updated every 24 hours. Please note that there might be a delay between when rewards are collected at the protocol level and when they appear in your dashboard.

Q: I've waited for 24 hours, but my rewards still haven't updated

A: The reward distribution process has two steps:

• First, the protocol collects and processes reward data
• Then, this data is distributed to users every 24 hours

Please wait for both steps to be completed.

Q: Why are my rewards lower than expected given my miAsset balance?

A: Rewards are calculated using a Time-Weighted Average Balance (TWAB) system: The calculation looks at your balance over the 72-hour period before the reward calculation.

For example, if rewards are calculated at 00:00 on the 14th, it considers your balance from 00:00 to 23:59 on the 10th.

Your reward amount is proportional to how long you held the assets during this period.

• Holding for all 72 hours = 100% of possible rewards
